Am I overloading my wall socket ?

okay In my bedroom two wall sockets and in one have a 6 strip surge protector that has my computer tower, monitor, speakers and a NAS box plugged into it & sometimes my phone charger, in the other i have a 4 socket extender that has my Xbox, 22inch LCD TV and a network and a router plugged into it. Now is this overloading ? thanks for the replies
