Is there a retail store where I can buy a collar extender for a dress shirt?

I have a couple of shirts where the neck is too tight, but the rest of the shirt fits perfectly. I checked a bunch of stores and I couldn't find one anywhere. I need to find a retail store because I don't have time to wait for an order. Thanks.
