How you send in tritton ax720's?

i have tritton ax720's and recently on the right ear cup (the one in which the cable comes out of) the glue which was holding the ear cup to the i guess youd call it an extender wore away and now the entire ear cup moves around pretty freely, this was not caused by my own damage so im curious if i can send it in and get it fixed for free, or if not then for a price but even so just how could i get it sent in and fixed because these were expensive and i dont want them going to waste
