Measurement around, back & under my breast are 35,but the bras are to tight, i was wearing 38 c cup?

i've been wearing 38 C cup. i want more room across my back, i bought a extender, which feels good, but it makes the cups to big. if i go to a bra size, 40 across the back, and cup size B,, will that fit ?
