Is there a disease were u can absorb electricity and give people eleteric shocks alot and be more prone to it?

me and my friend was in the hot tub and my other friend was out the warter and she gave me my phone and it shocked me and my dad later that day touched the water and the shock threw him across the garden and the falty wiring was connected 2 the water and me and my friend would have absorbed eletricity for the past hour is there a disease were u cN BE prone to shocking coz later that day my phone was flat out of chrage and i toucjed it and the screen lit up for a split second ?
