Should I take plan b?

On memorial day I missed a pill bc pharmacy was closed I took it 12 hours later and took pill at normal time for 5 days then I had sex. I took plan same time i took missed pill 12 hrs later. It's camila a progesterin only pack no placebos. I read somewhere it says wait 48 hrs then i read somewhere it said 7 days so do I need to take a plan b pill again? Doctor isnt in today. It's expensive and can take a toll on my body. Pls help if you know.
