I accidentally touched bleach for a second?

If it was just bleach for clothes its not strong enough to burn you're skin. But you mite have had a localised allergic reaction to one of the ingredients. Keep an eye on the area and if it goes red or lumpy or itchy, take an anti histamine like benadryl or clarytin!
