Carrying a wooden sword in the UK?

Hey guys. i was wondering if there's a punishment/law against carrying a wooden sword in the uk for cosplay, not particularly for a convention or anything, just coz im wierd xD. obviously, it would be sheathed. would the situation change in the eyes of the law if the sword was affixed in its sheath in some way? thanks guys
